Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Authorization.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused bindings and all original hardware back into the original Union box to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
