What is covered under the Union Lifetime Warranty?
We stand by our product. Union offers a lifetime warranty on all baseplates and heelcups. If you break or crack them while riding, we will replace them for free. Other components like straps and buckles are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How do I know which binding size is right for my boots?
Sizing varies by model, but generally, Small fits US Men's 6-8, Medium fits 8-10, and Large fits 10.5+. We recommend checking the specific size chart on the product page to ensure a perfect fit with your specific snowboard boot brand.
Do Union bindings come with mounting hardware?
Yes, every pair of Union bindings includes all necessary mounting hardware and discs compatible with standard 4x4, 4x2, and the Channel mounting systems.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached and the bindings have not been mounted to a board to qualify for a full refund.
